**This position sits in our Global Headquarters Facility in Lafayette, LA**

As a Senior Level Corporate Recruiter you will apply comprehensive knowledge of recruitment principles, concepts, practices, and standards to manage and perform end-to-end full life-cycle recruitment to timely and effectively meet staffing goals across various functions of the organization.  You will provide guidance to hiring managers as well as develop and extend offers to candidates.  In close partnership with the hiring manager, the recruiter should drive the process to attract talent and fill the position in a given timeframe while at the same time, demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and staff.


  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent mix of education and experience required
  • 4-6 years full life cycle recruiting experience required
  • Previous experience in Agency and corporate recruiting preferred
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills as well as the ability to engage and influence hiring managers and other business partners at all levels
  • Must have strong operational discipline and organizational skills


  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in attracting and recruiting talent
  • Consult with hiring managers to clearly understand their short and long-term staffing needs and provide insight into the current labor market
  • Lead strategic recruiting discussion with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategy and sourcing plans to meet the hiring need
  • Design creative job postings to better attract target candidates
  • Utilize various tools and channels to source and identify qualified candidates
  • Build and leverage network (business resource groups, professional organizations) to become an expert in assigned functions. Target, attend and source from key industry related events
  • Identify and qualify possible candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for both current and furture positions
  • Pre-screen, interview and validate candidates based on requisition requirements
  • Schedule and manage onsite, video, mobile and remote interviews
  • Gathering feedback from interview to determine fit and next steps
  • Perform pre-employment reference checks
  • Where applicable, administer and conduct assessments
  • Continuous communication with hiring manager and HR team
  • Make job offers and negotiate salary terms
  • Utilize data analytics and knowledge of complex recruitment issues (i.e. data gathered during sourcing, labor market supply/demand, workforce trends, competitive intelligence) to influence and advise on the acquisition of talent
  • Deliver recruiting process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in Kronos, and adhering to all relevant compliance and legal requirements
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Stuller employment brand throughout each step of the recruiting process
