The Watch Bands, Batteries, and Watch Tools Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing the merchandising business plan. In addition, they will need to keep up with inventory and utilize promotional marketing tools in order to maximize profitability. A key element is having the ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams and vendor partners in order to help build a compelling, market relevant collection of products with timely response to customer needs.



  • Written, verbal, & presentation skills

  • Ability to access information using automated systems (e.g., Windows-based computer).
  • Make oral and written presentations with confidence in a clear, unbiased manner
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously skills

  • Flexible during times of change


  • Four-year business or marketing degree preferred
  • Direct work experience in a merchandising/business management capacity


  • Develop merchanding strategies for a selected range of products for the organization
  • Responsible for all activities associated with the procurement & sales of products/services in the business unit
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Develop and present business strategies to leadership team
  • Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities and lead times
  • Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
  • Identify trends, product lines and other opportunities to promote future growth
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Using provided reporting tools, analyze the business and maximize profitability within each category
  • Monitor the marketplace for competitive product information, especially pricing, recommending and instituting changes accordingly
  • Develop key products and programs to meet long-term customer needs
  • Strategize and develop marketing materials and promotions to successfully launch new products
  • Paginating seasonal brochures and catalogs, along with proofing copy and artwork and seeing it through completion
  • Manage vendor relationships; strategically purchase new products and promote via web and print marketing accordingly
