  • Overview

    Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for all aspects of the planning attribute data of manufactured parts and the associated maintenance of the data found within these records.

    • Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, PIM, and Gains      


    • Creation of new records and the related data required for manufactured product
    • Timely response to internal customer inquiries related to planning attribute data
    • Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency
    • Knowledge of planning attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies
    • Processing of queries to validate  accuracy of data entry
    • Updating of attribute data as a result of inaccuracies, manuafacturing changes, or cutomer requests
    • Status changes (to include all attribute updates and IWU review)
    • Create teardown jobs for both surplus product and as a result of customer returns
    • Update/Maintain planning production data for the display board
    • Subinventory reconciliation and Monthly Subinventory Audits
    • Entry and review of product proposal requests
    • Creation of queries within the planning system 
    • Facilitate status changes and planning updates for Out of Production/Repair requests 
    • Back up Production Expeditor (as needed)
