    This position is located at our global headquarters building Lafayette, Lousiana and is responsible for Customer purchase order integrity, on-time delivery needs, order to cash, and timely communication with internal/external customers to resolve order intake issues. To perform this job successfully an individual must have experience in Order Management and Call Center environments. Also has direct customer service experience, highly organized, and become a subject matter expert in Stuller's ordering process for the Customer Care team.


    • Participate in required Stuller sponsored trainings.
    • Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate clearly with both internal and external Customers
    • Ability to effectively manage customer interactions by demonstrating active listening, empathy,  and patience.
    • Ability to catch on quickly and retain information for order processing and customer fulfillment.
    • Must be able to follow instruction both verbal and written, in English.
    • Must be able to maintain composure and handle high stress situations.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
    • Ability to think critically, demonstrate “outside the box” thinking, and meet time sensitive deadlines for customers and resolution of escalated issues
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven collaborative team environment.
    • Positive, self-starting, flexible and forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Complies with Stuller's quality standards, business conduct, and all established processes and policies.
    • May be required to work overtime based on business and/or departmental needs.


    • Provide superior service via phone, email, web, chat, and fax.
    • Capture customer information and record in customer relationship management system.
    • Proficient in order entry skills, recording customer information, and placing orders for our customer base.
    • Offer suggestions and solutions for out of stock items as well as cross sell and upsell.
    • Provide technical assistance to Customers.
    • Verify customer account, nature of account, buyer, location, method of shipment and product ordered.
    • Provide solutions and have the capability to problem solve on demand.
    • Review Purchase Orders for compliance with terms, policies and contractual agreements.
    • Work closely with other departments to resolve Customers' needs
    • Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
    • Ensures established business processes are followed, while maintaining complete and accurate order files.
    • Effectively sets priorities in order to meet workload deadlines, commitments and all applicable established departmental goals.
    • Other duties as assigned.
