  • Overview

    The CX Project Planner is a role that is key for managing and executing all program customer projects and requests.  This role is responsible for collaborating with the appropriate executives and stakeholders to ensure all legal and binding documents are completed and communicated with all relevant internal touch points guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.  The CX Project Planner also collaborates with Sales Directors on all customer development requests and projects including; creating and organizing project plans, and tracking all project deliverables from inception to completion. 

    Qualifications

    • Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive and strategic thinker.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a high volume customer service environment
    • Thorough understanding and knowledge of various departments and internal processes.
    • Foster and maintain healthy relationships with various departments.
    • Commitment to excellent customer experience (internal and external).
    • Strong ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
    • Must be able to maintain focus and composure in high pressure situations.
    • Must hold exceptional project management skills.
    • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.
    • Must possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Must display professional business presence and acumen.
    • Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines and requirements accordingly.
    • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic.
    • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and provide results from data based facts and experience.
    • Working independently with minimal supervision along with the ability to work within a collaborate team.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with and support Sales Directors on all projects from inception to completion.
    • Attend and facilitate all project meetings, track deliverables, and continually update the project status.
    • Collaborate with Senior Management, Sales Directors, and Merchants on successful presentations for current and new development accounts
    • Manage and maintain customer forecast to meet all product shipments and deadlines.
    • Drive all assigned projects to completion with proper documentation in customer files and Sales Force.
    • Work with Sales Directors to gather all information necessary to completing new development requests.
    • Analyze all new potential customer opportunities and requests including; volume commitments, discount requests, and ecommerce business by creating ROI’s and project scope to make data driven business decisions. Develop reporting to track the performance of contractual agreements by both Stuller and Customer.
    • Ensure all necessary approvals are given related to new product development. Partner closely with PD&D to assist in project management and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Manage all contractual agreements, rebates, co-op marketing, certificate of insurance renewals, requests for quotes and discounts.
    • Creating and analyzing business profiles.
    • Proactively involved and transparently address any hurdles before and during projects, adjusting processes long term.
    • Work cross-functionally and partner with teams from all areas of the building to ensure that timelines and pricing needs are met,  utilizing the most suitable manufacturing process and capacity for all types of customer requests for private manufacturing.
