  • Overview

    The Program Sales Account Executive position is to strive to provide the perfect customer experience during all interactions. The primary description of these interactions is; in addition to the duties of an account executive 1, the account executive 2 provides sales and customer services support for assigned and various un-assigned program accounts. Greeting of the customer, accurately entering orders, offering substitutions, solutions, cross-selling, up-selling, handling customer inquiries and updating customer profiles in the customer relationship management system. Providing a one call resolution and a consistent positive, all-inclusive customer service experience.


    • Participate in required Stuller sponsored trainings.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively utilizing telephone, email, or one on one conversation.
    • Ability to catch on quickly and retain information for order processing and customer fulfillment.
    • Flexible, willing to adapt to change, tasks and assignments.
    • Must be able to follow instruction both verbal and written, in English.
    • Must be able to maintain composure and handle high stress situations.
    • Sales order entry experience (preferably no less than 1 year)
    • High school diploma or equivalent.


    • Support and provide superior service via phone, email and faxes.
    • Seek to capture customer information and record into customer relationship management system.
    • Proficient in order entry skills, recording customer information and product ordered in ERP system.
    • Make hard or electronic copies of invoices or other documents when requested.
    • May process customer orders manually or through web services utilizing consultant mode when necessary.
    • Perform all aspects of customer service; re-bills, tracking, locking gold, manual pricing orders, coordinate brinks & motor freight shipments, set up part records, process toll orders etc…
    • Verify customer account, nature of account, buyer, location, method of shipment and product ordered.
