    Responsible for assisting Marketing and Sales divisions with customer intelligence, data quality improvement and data enrichment. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficient in MSWord and PowerPoint
    • Solid knowledge of using pivot tables and formulas in MS Excel
    • Excellent math skills (algebra)


    • Help maintain customer (Account, Contact and Lead) details in our CRM database to ensure Marketing and Sales activities are reaching the right people.
    • Data matching and clean up.
    • Work with Marketing and Sales to move customer lists currently living in excel spreadsheets, word documents, and employee outlook contact sheets into CRM system.
    • Download and compile email response data.
    • Work in MSExcel to analyze data, extracting insights.
    • Identify fields/sets of data in our CRM instance that are redundant and work with CRM team to reduce clutter.
    • Consolidate fragmented information from throughout the organization for the creation of an internal and external CRM knowledge base.
    • Assist in creating publishable content for the CRM knowledge base.
    • Coordinate and track issues in current CRM system, seeing issues through to resolution.
