  • Overview

    The Sales Manager is to provide the perfect customer experience during all interactions with internal and external customers. The primary description of these interactions is; Meet all organizational functions and standards for the call center, reviewing and improving all call center policies, statistics and increase associate loyalty. Supervision of assigned associates and their daily tasks. Perform all contact center duties; accurately entering orders, offering substitutions, solutions, cross-selling and updating customer profiles in CRM.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Excellent Organizational, written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to catch on quickly & retain information.
    • Ability to multi task and respond positively to rapid change.
    • Discretion and confidentiality essential.
    • Decision making and active listening skills, Self-Motivated.
    • Flexibility with work schedule, tasks, and assignments.
    • Must be able to maintain composure and handle high stress situations.
    • Sales order entry through Oracle and Consultant Mode required.
    • High School diploma or GED required.

    Responsibilities

    • Treats others with respect and dignity by utilizing tact, compassion and sensitivity.
    • Works with others to lead, facilitate, contribute to and influence the achievement of common goals.
    • Assist associates on support phone, one on one and resolve customer complaints.
    • Internal and External Event Participation
    • Supports and follows organizational and department policies and procedures.
    • Participate in the hiring, resignation, and terminating process.
    • Process time management accurately for direct reports.
    • Develop and implement methods and activities to increase group performance.
    • Provides statistical reporting on group activities, performances and goals.
    • Address situations and make decisions as they arise, pricing negotiations
    • Seek to capture customer information and record into customer relationship management system.
