  • Overview

    The Solutions Specialist is primarily responsible for working with the overall productivity and effectiveness of sales and customer relationship development within the assigned multi-state territory. The Solutions Specialist also works closely with the Territory Manager and Director of Operations to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are supported within the sales organization.

    Qualifications

    • Reports to the Gemvision Director of Operations.
    • Works with administrative staff and territory managers
    • Fosters close, cooperative relationships with Gemvision and Stuller peer leaders, product managers, developers, instructional designers, sales teams and support personnel.
    • Actively engages customers to align their objectives with Gemvision and Stuller objectives.
    • Domestic and International Travel as necessary (Up to 25% travel)
    • Four year college degree from an accredited institution or 1+ years of experience with business-to-business jewelry industry inside sales experience.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with verbal and written communications
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Micro Strategy, and Salesforce.com
    • Able to effectively demonstrate Matrix, RhinoGold, and CounterSketch (in-person or online)

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as a subject Matter Expert on Gemvision software solutions. Coordinates with and provides support to members of the Stuller sales as necessary
    • Professionally represents Gemvision & Stuller products and services
    • Hands off leads and opportunities to FOS, BOS, MOS & Field Sales peers
    • Works with the Territory Manager on the development of quarterly sales and marketing strategy for the assigned territory
    • Works with the Territory Manager on sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the assigned territory. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in Gemvision’s planning efforts.
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for operational process improvement.
    • Embraces adoption of enabling technologies, including CRM, Analytical Applications, and Salesforce Automation. Remains compliant with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with Territory Manager and Operation Director to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments.
    • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships
    • Processes orders for assigned territory and others when needed
    • Follow up with customers after the sale to support product and make sure customer knows all training options
    • Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for Gemvision.
    • Accountable for meeting agreed upon performance objectives.
    • Accountable for embracing sale organization-impacting initiatives.
    • Responsible for the adoption of processes and technology assigned to the sales organization.
    • Achievement of strategic objectives or goals which have been assigned
    • Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
