Overview

The Customer Ambassador team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our best customers in order to further tie them to Stuller.  This team will be responsible for a variety of roles in the total customer experience from acquiring and on boarding new customers to Stuller, being a single point of contact for all Stuller Events {from acquisition to travel agent to in house Stuller ambassador} also including handling experience issues for these customers.
The emphasis of this position is on relationship building; understanding customers’ spoken and unspoken needs, communication and collaboration. The role demands the person to be a customer obsessed, self-starter with have a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high volume customer service environment
  • Commitment to customer service (internal and external).
  • Ability to use good judgement in all situations
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Self starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker.
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • The ability to satisfactorily adhere to company attendance policies. 
  • Responsible for all On Boarding activity related to new accounts, as well as maintaining relationship as the account begins its journey with Stuller
  • Participate in Acquisition strategy to gain new customers to Stuller
  • Point of contact for the entire customer lifecycle related to Customer Events, specific to acquisition strategies, registration and post event follow up.
  • Assist customer that are attending events in ensuring the process to get to the actual event is seamless and easy, providing concierge or self-service options to the customers.
  • Ensure post-event outreach efforts are maximized, encouraging continued growth in event attendees
  • Provide ongoing concierge level service to Stuller First members, ensuring members have a high level of success using the program, and for educating customers and potential customers so that they understand the benefits of a Stuller First membership.
  • Complete pre-contact research on accounts to ensure the communication is targeted, valuable to the customer as well as efficient.
  • Ability to manage a multichannel approach to customer communication via phone, email, chat, face to face and other channels
  • Demonstrate a genuine curiosity about customer’s business needs and ability to custom tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios.
  • Provide above and beyond service on a daily basis.
